All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Marseille, France. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on market conditions in the France Marseille education sector.
All Teacher Primary candidates placed under this agreement must meet the minimum qualification standards established by the French Ministry of National Education, including possession of the Diplôme d'État de Professeur des Écoles or equivalent certification recognized by the Académie de Marseille.

Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille, France. The applicable law is French law.
