1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Educational Staffing Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request from St. Mary's Primary School, Ghana Accra, for the recruitment, placement, and annual employment of a qualified Teacher Primary professional. This document outlines the complete financial breakdown, scope of services, and contractual terms associated with securing a Teacher Primary position for the 2025/2026 academic year within the Ghana Accra educational district. All figures are presented in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Scope of Services – Teacher Primary Placement

The Teacher Primary candidate identified through this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties at the Ghana Accra school premises:

Delivery of daily lessons in English Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies for Grade 4 and Grade 5 pupils in accordance with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum framework.
Preparation of lesson plans, assessment materials, and termly examinations aligned with the Ghana Accra regional educational standards.
Supervision of classroom discipline, pupil welfare, and extracurricular activities as directed by the school administration in Ghana Accra.
Participation in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and continuous professional development workshops organized within the Greater Accra Region.
Maintenance of pupil records, attendance registers, and progress reports in compliance with GES reporting requirements for Ghana Accra schools.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs associated with the Teacher Primary placement in Ghana Accra are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and GES salary adjustments.
Payment for the Teacher Primary annual salary shall be disbursed on a monthly basis, in arrears, by the 5th working day of each month via bank transfer to the account nominated by the school in Ghana Accra.
The recruitment and screening fee (Item 2) is payable within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The onboarding package (Item 3) is payable upon successful commencement of the Teacher Primary role.
All statutory contributions, including SSNIT and health insurance for the Teacher Primary employee, shall be remitted in accordance with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust Act, 2003 (Act 666) and applicable Ghana Accra regulatory requirements.
The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Education (Primary) from the University of Education, Winneba, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ghana Education Service. A valid GES registration number is mandatory.
Either party may terminate the Teacher Primary engagement with a written notice of one (1) month. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining costs in this Quotation Estimate shall apply.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed by both parties. The final employment contract for the Teacher Primary position in Ghana Accra shall be executed separately upon acceptance.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
