The Teacher Primary engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables and responsibilities:

• Identification and shortlisting of a minimum of five (5) candidates holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or equivalent, as mandated by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and the Maharashtra State Board of Education.
• Conducting a three-stage selection process comprising a written aptitude test, a practical classroom demonstration, and a structured interview panel, all conducted at the Agency's premises in Nariman Point, Mumbai.
• Verification of academic credentials, teaching experience certificates, and background checks in compliance with the Child Protection Act, 2016, and the guidelines issued by the Mumbai Education Trust.
• Onboarding support including assistance with school registration, orientation to the school's curriculum framework (CBSE / ICSE / Maharashtra State Board), and integration into the school's digital learning management system.
• Provision of a dedicated Teacher Primary for a full-time position (40 hours per week) covering Classes 1 through 5, with a maximum class size of 35 students per section.
• Quarterly performance review and professional development workshops aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 guidelines applicable in India Mumbai.
• Access to the Agency's educator support helpline available 24/7 throughout the academic year for pedagogical guidance and administrative assistance.

• 25% advance payment (INR 4,38,812.50) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 50% payment (INR 8,77,625.00) due within 15 days of the successful onboarding and first working day of the Teacher Primary.
• 25% final payment (INR 4,38,812.50) due by 31 March 2026, prior to the commencement of the summer break.
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the Agency's designated bank account: HDFC Bank, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai, A/C No. 502000XXXXXX, IFSC: HDFC0000123.
• Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Agency reserves the right to revise the cost structure based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
• The Teacher Primary shall be bound by a one-year service contract with the school. Early termination by either party (excluding the 90-day replacement guarantee window) shall require a written notice of 60 days and a penalty of two months' salary.
• All data and personal information of the Teacher Primary and the school shall be handled in strict compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Data Protection guidelines issued by the Government of India.
• The Agency shall not be liable for any disciplinary action taken by the school against the Teacher Primary after the onboarding period, except in cases of misrepresentation of credentials during the screening phase.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
