The Teacher Primary will be responsible for delivering a minimum of 24 teaching hours per week, preparing lesson plans aligned with the Kurikulum Merdeka framework, conducting formative and summative assessments, and participating in weekly pedagogical meetings with the school's academic leadership team.

All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be delivered in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemdikbudristek), as well as the local education office guidelines applicable to the Jakarta region (Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
• The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Elementary Education (PGSD) or a related field, along with a valid teaching license (Sertifikat Pendidik) issued by the relevant Indonesian authority.
• All services are to be performed at the client's premises in Jakarta, Indonesia, or at such other location within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.
• EduPro Jakarta Education Services reserves the right to substitute the Teacher Primary candidate if the initial candidate fails to meet the agreed-upon competency standards, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualifications.
• This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
• Any changes to the scope of work, including modifications to the Teacher Primary teaching hours, subject assignments, or additional responsibilities, must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
• Confidentiality: All personal data of the Teacher Primary and the client's students shall be handled in strict compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022).
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
