This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request issued by the Baghdad Municipal Board of Education for the recruitment, onboarding, and annual employment of a qualified Teacher Primary professional to serve within the public primary school network in Iraq Baghdad. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Al-Rafidain Educational Services.
- All pricing is quoted in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and is subject to the prevailing exchange rate in Iraq Baghdad at the time of contract execution. A fluctuation exceeding 5% in the USD/IQD rate shall trigger a mutual price review.
- The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field from an accredited Iraqi university, along with a valid teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Iraq.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% upon contract signing, 50% upon successful onboarding of the Teacher Primary, and 30% upon completion of the first semester performance review.
- All employment terms for the Teacher Primary shall comply with the Iraqi Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 and the specific regulations governing public-sector education personnel in Baghdad.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Teacher Primary engagement shall be resolved through the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi law.
