3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing labour market conditions in the Italy Milan education sector.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A 20% advance payment (EUR 9,928.36) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified by EduMilan Professional Services S.r.l.
3.3 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply, except in cases of force majeure or documented failure to meet the agreed service standards for the Teacher Primary.
