1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kyoto International Education Services Co., Ltd. to formally outline the projected costs, deliverables, and professional terms associated with the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of a qualified Teacher Primary for the academic year 2025–2026. The engagement is specifically tailored to the educational standards, cultural expectations, and regulatory requirements of the Japan Kyoto region. All figures presented herein are estimates based on current market rates in Kyoto and are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Section 6 of this document.

3. Deliverables and Timeline
The Quotation Estimate covers the following phased deliverables for the Teacher Primary engagement in Japan Kyoto:
Phase 1 (July 2025): Completion of candidate recruitment, background verification, and MEXT license confirmation. The selected Teacher Primary will undergo a two-week orientation at the Kyoto Municipal Education Center.

5. Payment Schedule
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 20% upon acceptance of this estimate, 30% upon successful placement of the Teacher Primary, and the remaining 50% disbursed monthly in arrears for salary, HR support, and ongoing services. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Kyoto International Education Services Co., Ltd.
6. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Japan Kyoto.
- The Teacher Primary engagement is governed by the Japanese Labor Standards Act, the Act on the Status of Aliens (if applicable), and the Kyoto Prefectural Education Regulations. Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
- Either party may terminate the Teacher Primary engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated refund of unused services will be calculated and issued within thirty (30) days.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment and placement process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document by number KYOTO-TP-2025-0047.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Teacher Primary placements, or modifications to the Japan Kyoto school calendar will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing by the Provider.
7. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Primary engagement in Japan Kyoto and agrees to the terms, conditions, and estimated costs outlined herein. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed with the engagement.
