- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Teacher Primary engagement in Japan Osaka is subject to revision based on prevailing municipal salary scales and regulatory changes.
- Payment for the Teacher Primary's monthly compensation and associated statutory contributions shall be processed on the last business day of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by the Minami-ku Municipal Primary School Board.
- One-time costs (Items 01, 06, and 07) are payable within fourteen (14) days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Recurring annual costs (Items 02, 03, 04, 05, 08, 09, and 10) shall be invoiced on a monthly or quarterly basis as specified in the attached Service Level Agreement.
- The Teacher Primary shall be bound by the Japan Osaka municipal education code of conduct, the national Act on the Status of Teachers, and all applicable regulations of the Osaka Prefectural Board of Education. Any breach of professional standards may result in immediate termination of the engagement at no additional cost to the client.
- Osaka Educational Staffing Solutions Co., Ltd. shall provide a replacement Teacher Primary within twenty-one (21) calendar days should the originally placed Teacher Primary resign, be medically unable to continue, or be otherwise removed from the position in Japan Osaka.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent employment of the Teacher Primary shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan and the data handling policies of the Osaka municipal government.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive employment and service agreement for the Teacher Primary in Japan Osaka shall be executed separately within ten (10) business days of acceptance.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court, Japan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Teacher Primary in Japan Osaka and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein.
