- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Teacher Primary positions in Japan Tokyo.

- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal employment agreement for the Teacher Primary position, compliant with the Japan Tokyo Labor Standards Act, will be executed separately upon mutual acceptance.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the prevailing labor laws, education regulations, and municipal ordinances of Japan Tokyo and the broader Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
