1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Yangon Educational Services Co., Ltd. to the Yangon Primary Education Board for the provision of qualified Teacher Primary personnel and associated educational support services within the administrative boundaries of Myanmar Yangon. The scope of this quotation encompasses the recruitment, deployment, training, and ongoing professional development of certified primary school teachers across designated school zones in Yangon City, including the townships of Kyauktada, Insein, Hlaing, Dagon, and East Dagon. 3. Terms and Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon successful deployment of all Teacher Primary personnel, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month service period and final performance review.
  • All Teacher Primary candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (Primary) from a recognised institution in Myanmar, along with a valid teaching licence issued by the Ministry of Education.
  • The service provider shall comply with all labour laws, education regulations, and local by-laws applicable within the Yangon Region of the Republic of Myanmar.
  • Any changes to the scope of work, number of Teacher Primary personnel, or service locations within Myanmar Yangon must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, or public health emergencies affecting Yangon, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
  • Disputes arising from this quotation and subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Yangon, Myanmar.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the provision of Teacher Primary services in Myanmar Yangon. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of a formal service contract.
