This Quotation Estimate document is issued by EduStaff International B.V. to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial overview for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of a qualified Teacher Primary position at the International Primary School Amsterdam. This estimate covers all professional services, compensation, statutory obligations, and ancillary costs associated with employing a Teacher Primary in the Netherlands Amsterdam region for the academic year 2025/2026. All figures presented herein are in Euros (EUR) and comply with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for Primary Education (CAO PO) as well as applicable municipal regulations in Amsterdam.

The Teacher Primary role, as defined within this Quotation Estimate, encompasses the following professional responsibilities and service deliverables:

  • Full-time classroom instruction for primary school students (ages 4–12) across all core subjects including Dutch language, mathematics, science, social studies, arts, and physical education.
  • Development and delivery of a differentiated curriculum aligned with the Dutch national primary education framework (Kerndoelen) and the specific pedagogical philosophy of the International Primary School Amsterdam.
  • Assessment, monitoring, and reporting of student progress in accordance with Dutch educational standards and the school's internal evaluation protocols.
  • Participation in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development workshops as scheduled by the school administration in Amsterdam.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

  • 30% advance payment (€27,177.00) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, no later than 1 July 2025.
  • Monthly payroll disbursements for the Teacher Primary salary and statutory contributions, processed on the 28th of each month via direct bank transfer to the school's designated account.
  • One-time fees (Items 3.3, 3.4, 3.8) invoiced within 14 days of service completion.
  • Final settlement of any remaining balance due by 15 September 2026.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on current CAO PO adjustments and Amsterdam municipal cost-of-living indices.

5.2 The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a valid Dutch teaching qualification (HBO-diploma Primair Onderwijs) or an equivalent internationally recognized credential verified by Nuffic. A valid Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is mandatory prior to commencement of duties.

5.3 All employment terms for the Teacher Primary shall be governed by the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and the applicable Collective Labour Agreement for Primary Education in force in the Netherlands Amsterdam jurisdiction.

5.4 EduStaff International B.V. reserves the right to substitute the Teacher Primary candidate with an equally qualified professional should the original candidate be unable to commence, provided the school's written consent is obtained within five (5) business days.

5.5 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in accordance with the rules of the Dutch Mediation Institute (NMI). Failing mediation, the courts of Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the school and the Teacher Primary. A separate employment contract, compliant with Dutch labour law, will be executed upon successful completion of the recruitment and onboarding process.

By signing below, the authorized representative of the International Primary School Amsterdam confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Primary position and agrees to the terms, conditions, and payment schedule outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes EduStaff International B.V. to commence the recruitment and placement process effective immediately.
