Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule. The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 01, 02, and 05) are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the successful placement of the Teacher Primary. The annual salary, superannuation, and ongoing service costs (Items 03, 04, 06, 07, 08, and 09) shall be disbursed on a monthly basis in arrears, with invoices issued on the first business day of each month. All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account details provided on each invoice. Late payments exceeding thirty (30) days will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in the New Zealand Auckland education salary schedule or regulatory requirements will be issued.
5.2 Cancellation: The client may cancel this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of cancellation prior to the Teacher Primary commencing duties, a non-refundable administrative fee of $1,500.00 will apply. Cancellation after commencement will be subject to the terms of the individual employment contract.
5.3 Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Education Act 1989, the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Employment Relations Act 2000, and all applicable regulations of the New Zealand Teaching Council. The Teacher Primary will be subject to a mandatory Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencing duties in New Zealand Auckland.
5.4 Intellectual Property: All lesson plans, assessment materials, and professional development resources developed by the Teacher Primary during the engagement shall remain the property of the employing school or the Auckland Regional Education Board, as applicable.
5.5 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Resolution Act 2010. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter shall be referred to the District Court in Auckland.
5.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and all associated agreements are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with specific jurisdiction in the Auckland region.
