This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the Wellington Regional Education Board and the Education Act 1989 of New Zealand.   • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates may be subject to revision in line with New Zealand wage adjustments and market conditions in Wellington.
  • Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within twenty-eight (28) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the supplier's designated New Zealand bank account. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Interest on Debts Act 1997.
  • Compliance: All Teacher Primary personnel supplied under this Quotation Estimate will hold current New Zealand teaching certificates, valid Criminal Records Authority (CPA) checks, and active registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
  • Geographic Scope: Services will be delivered across the Wellington region, including the cities of Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, and surrounding rural communities within a 60-kilometre radius of the Wellington CBD.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.
  • Insurance: The supplier maintains public liability insurance of no less than $20,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of $10,000,000, as required for educational service providers operating in New Zealand.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and, where applicable, through the Disputes Tribunal or the District Court of Wellington.

Important: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard New Zealand school term dates as published by the Ministry of Education. Any additional weeks of service beyond the standard 40-week academic year (e.g., for extended term schools in the Wellington region) will be quoted separately. All Teacher Primary placements are subject to successful reference checks and school principal approval. Rates are inclusive of employer superannuation contributions (KiwiSaver) and annual leave entitlements as mandated by New Zealand employment law.
