4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Nigeria Lagos recruitment sector.
4.2 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be paid upon signing of the service agreement, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fourteen (14) days of successful completion of all Teacher Primary placements and submission of the final report.
4.3 All Teacher Primary candidates placed under this Quotation Estimate must hold valid credentials recognized by the National Universities Commission (NUC) or the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) of Nigeria. EduTalent Nigeria Ltd. shall bear the cost of re-sourcing any candidate whose credentials are found to be fraudulent.
4.4 The Quotation Estimate covers placements within the Lagos State metropolis only, including but not limited to the Local Government Areas of Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Lekki, Ajah, and Ikorodu. Placements in other Nigerian states will require a separate Quotation Estimate.
4.5 EduTalent Nigeria Ltd. reserves the right to substitute any Teacher Primary candidate who fails to meet the minimum competency standards set by the Lagos State Primary Education Board, at no additional cost to the client.
4.6 All data collected during the recruitment of Teacher Primary candidates shall be handled in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and applicable Lagos State privacy laws.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5. Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Teacher Primary recruitment services in Nigeria Lagos and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
