As per this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon successful placement of all Teacher Primary candidates, and the remaining 20% upon completion of the 90-day guarantee period. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account at HBL, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. Cheques should be made payable to "EdPlace HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd."

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
All Teacher Primary candidates placed under this quotation will hold a minimum of a B.Ed. degree from a HEC-recognized university in Pakistan, with a preference for candidates experienced in Karachi's public and private primary school systems.
EdPlace HR Solutions reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to confirm within the validity period.
The 90-day replacement guarantee applies only if the Teacher Primary resigns voluntarily or is found unsuitable due to verified misconduct. It does not cover termination due to school restructuring or budget cuts.
All data collected during the recruitment process for Teacher Primary positions will be handled in compliance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection regulations.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
This quotation does not include the monthly salary or benefits of the Teacher Primary staff. Compensation packages are to be negotiated directly between the school and the placed candidates.
EdPlace HR Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the placement of Teacher Primary professionals under this agreement.
