3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of Teacher Primary candidates may be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing labour market conditions in Moscow, Russia.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the recruitment and onboarding phase; 20% upon successful completion of the first semester of the academic year.
3.3 All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be employed in full compliance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" (No. 273-FZ), and the municipal regulations of the City of Moscow governing primary education institutions.
3.4 The Quotation Estimate does not include personal income tax (NDFL) or social insurance contributions, which shall be borne by the employing institution in accordance with Russian tax law.
3.5 Any modification to the scope of Teacher Primary services, the number of positions, or the duration of the engagement must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
3.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of the Tverskaya District, Moscow, Russia.
