All Teacher Primary candidates recommended under this estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related discipline, possess a valid teaching license or certification recognized by the Saudi MoE, and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of classroom experience at the primary level (Grades 1 through 6). Candidates must also pass the Saudi MoE's standardized teacher competency assessment and hold a clean criminal background check as mandated by Saudi labor and education regulations.

3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% (SAR 38,467.50) of the grand total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the Teacher Primary recruitment process in Riyadh.
- The remaining 70% (SAR 89,757.50) shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon successful completion of visa and Iqama processing for all Teacher Primary candidates, and 50% upon successful completion of the 90-day post-placement support period.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Saudi Arabia. Invoices will be issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) in accordance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing requirements.
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is specific to the Teacher Primary services described herein for delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is non-transferable to any other location or service category.
- All Teacher Primary placements are subject to final approval by the Saudi Ministry of Education and the client institution's HR committee. In the event of a regulatory rejection, the affected candidate's fee shall be refunded in full.
- The replacement guarantee covers one (1) free replacement per Teacher Primary position within the 90-day support window, provided the client submits a written performance concern within the stipulated period.
- Any changes to the scope, number of Teacher Primary positions, or delivery timeline in Riyadh must be agreed upon in writing via a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- This estimate does not include the Teacher Primary candidates' salaries, housing allowances, or annual airfare, which are the sole responsibility of the client institution as per Saudi labor contracts.
- Governing law: The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
