- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision by the Provider.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon acceptance, and the remaining 50% shall be payable in equal monthly instalments over the 12-month engagement period.
- The Teacher Primary shall be subject to a background check (Police Clearance Certificate) and medical examination as required by Singapore Singapore regulations prior to commencing duties.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Employment Act of Singapore Singapore, the Ministry of Education guidelines, and all applicable local labour laws.
- The Provider reserves the right to substitute the Teacher Primary candidate with an equally qualified individual, provided prior written consent is obtained from the school management in Singapore Singapore.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
