1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cape Town Educational Recruitment Services (Pty) Ltd in response to the formal request submitted by Woodstock Primary School for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year placement of a qualified Teacher Primary to serve within the school's educational framework in South Africa Cape Town. 3. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments as follows:

  • Instalment 1 (40%): R 28,589.00 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Teacher Primary recruitment process.
  • Instalment 2 (35%): R 25,015.38 – Due upon successful completion of the interview panel and issuance of the conditional offer letter to the selected Teacher Primary candidate.
  • Instalment 3 (25%): R 17,868.12 – Due upon completion of the 90-day induction programme and submission of the final placement report.

All payments are to be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account of Cape Town Educational Recruitment Services (Pty) Ltd. Invoices will be issued in South African Rand (ZAR) and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act provisions applicable in South Africa Cape Town.

4. Terms and Conditions

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
  2. The recruitment of the Teacher Primary is subject to the candidate meeting all statutory requirements set by the South African Department of Basic Education, including SACE registration, a valid driver's licence (Category B), and a clean criminal record certificate.
  3. Cape Town Educational Recruitment Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for the ongoing performance, conduct, or employment decisions of the Teacher Primary beyond the 90-day induction period specified in this Quotation Estimate.
  4. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in compliance with the South African Schools Act (Act 84 of 1996), the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997), and all applicable labour legislation in South Africa Cape Town.
  5. The school reserves the right to reject any candidate presented by the recruitment agency. In such cases, the agency will present an alternative Teacher Primary candidate at no additional cost, provided the rejection is communicated within 5 business days of the candidate's presentation.
  6. Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Teacher Primary recruitment process shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of employment. The final decision to appoint the Teacher Primary rests solely with the school's governing body and the relevant District Office of the Western Cape Department of Education.
  8. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the South African Dispute Resolution Centre.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the undersigned confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of a Teacher Primary at Woodstock Primary School, Cape Town, South Africa, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and payment schedules outlined herein.
