  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing South African economic conditions and Johannesburg cost-of-living adjustments.
  2. All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid SACE registration and a recognised qualification in Primary Education as prescribed by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
  3. Payment terms: 50% of the monthly Teacher Primary salary component is due within seven (7) business days of the invoice date. All one-time and quarterly fees are payable within fourteen (14) business days of service delivery.
  4. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved in the Magistrate’s Court of Johannesburg, South Africa, or through the South African Dispute Resolution Centre.
  5. The Teacher Primary services described herein are subject to the South African Schools Act (Act 84 of 1996), the Basic Education Act, and all applicable Department of Basic Education regulations for the Gauteng province.
  6. Any changes to the scope of Teacher Primary services, including additional staff requirements or curriculum modifications, must be agreed upon in writing and will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
  7. All Teacher Primary staff will be subject to the school’s code of conduct, the South African Employment Equity Act, and the school’s anti-bullying and child protection policies as mandated for all schools in Johannesburg, South Africa.
  8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal service-level agreement (SLA) will be executed within ten (10) business days.
  9. All financial figures in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to the standard 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable in South Africa.
