This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request received from Colegio Internacional del Turia for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Teacher Primary professional. The Teacher Primary candidate proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid Grado en Educación Primaria (or equivalent qualification recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education), a current CAP (Curso de Adaptación Pedagógica) certification, and a minimum of five (5) years of documented teaching experience in primary education within the Spain Valencia community or an equivalent European educational system. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in both Spanish (Castellano) and Valencian (Català), in accordance with the bilingual educational model mandated for primary schools in the Comunitat Valenciana.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of the proposed Teacher Primary candidate are subject to re-evaluation.
• Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement of the Teacher Primary in the classroom, and 30% upon completion of the first semester of the academic year.
• All services rendered under this quotation are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with specific application of the Comunitat Valenciana regional education regulations applicable in Spain Valencia.
• The Teacher Primary shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months as stipulated by Spanish employment legislation. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fifteen (15) days' written notice.
• Any changes to the scope of services, including modifications to the teaching schedule, subject assignments, or additional responsibilities of the Teacher Primary, must be agreed in writing and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
• Our company maintains full professional indemnity insurance and employer's liability coverage as required for educational staffing operations in Spain Valencia.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. The definitive service agreement will be executed separately upon acceptance.
