1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Colombo Educational Recruitment Services (Pvt) Ltd. to St. Joseph's Primary School, Sri Lanka Colombo, in response to the school's request for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year employment support of a qualified Teacher Primary position. 2. Scope of Services – Teacher Primary Recruitment & Placement

The services detailed in this Quotation Estimate encompass the full lifecycle of recruiting, vetting, and placing a Teacher Primary candidate who will deliver instruction to students in Grades 1 through 5 at the client institution in Sri Lanka Colombo. The scope includes candidate sourcing, credential verification, interview coordination, background checks, contract drafting, orientation, and a six-month post-placement support period. 4. Payment Terms

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable as follows: a non-refundable advance of 25% (LKR 837,357.50) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% (LKR 1,674,715.00) upon successful placement and commencement of the Teacher Primary in the classroom; and the remaining 25% (LKR 837,357.50) upon completion of the six-month post-placement support period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Colombo Educational Recruitment Services (Pvt) Ltd., Commercial Bank, Colombo 02 Branch, Sri Lanka Colombo. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Terms & Conditions

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.

5.2 The Teacher Primary candidate placed under this Quotation Estimate is subject to a minimum one-year employment commitment. Early termination by the client before the completion of the academic year shall incur a 50% penalty on the remaining unearned service fees.

5.3 Colombo Educational Recruitment Services (Pvt) Ltd. guarantees a free replacement of the Teacher Primary within ninety (90) days should the candidate resign, be terminated for cause, or be found unsuitable, at no additional cost to the client.

5.4 All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Employment Act No. 45 of 2001 of Sri Lanka, the Child Protection Act, and all applicable regulations of the Department of Teacher Education, Sri Lanka Colombo.

5.5 The Teacher Primary shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement regarding student records, institutional data, and proprietary curriculum materials of the client school in Sri Lanka Colombo.

5.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka Colombo, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.

6. Acceptance & Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the recruitment and employment of a Teacher Primary in Sri Lanka Colombo. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer upon countersignature by both parties.
