- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Sudan Khartoum.
- All Teacher Primary candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (Primary) or equivalent, along with a valid teaching license issued by the Sudanese Ministry of Education.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 50% disbursed in two equal installments (January 2026 and April 2026), and 20% upon successful completion of the academic year and final performance report.
- All services will be delivered within the administrative boundaries of Sudan Khartoum, including Khartoum, Omdurman, and Khartoum North localities.
- The client reserves the right to request substitution of any Teacher Primary staff member who fails to meet performance benchmarks, at no additional cost to the client.
- Applicable taxes, levies, and statutory deductions under Sudanese law shall be borne by the contracting party as specified in the final service agreement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Sudan Khartoum.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
