- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- All monetary values are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of applicable Swiss federal and cantonal taxes unless otherwise stated.
- The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a valid teaching diploma recognised by the Canton of Zürich and demonstrate proficiency in Swiss German (minimum B2 level per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Payment terms: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of the Teacher Primary role, and 30% upon completion of the first semester. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The employment relationship between the Teacher Primary and the school shall be governed by a separate written contract in compliance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Zürich cantonal education regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of services, including modifications to the Teacher Primary role responsibilities or working hours, must be agreed upon in writing and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
