This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request received from Kilimani Primary School, Dar es Salaam, for the provision of qualified Teacher Primary services for the 2025/2026 academic year. The purpose of this document is to present a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with engaging a certified Teacher Primary to deliver instruction, curriculum development, and student assessment services in accordance with the Tanzania National Curriculum Framework and the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the United Republic of Tanzania.

- Payment Schedule: Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal quarterly instalments, due on the 1st of September, December, March, and June respectively. Each instalment amounts to TZS 9,491,250.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. The Teacher Primary engagement is managed through a registered education services firm in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, and all invoices will bear the official Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) as required by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to inflationary adjustments in the Tanzania Dar es Salaam labour market.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the Teacher Primary engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused fees shall be processed within fourteen (14) days.
- Compliance: The Teacher Primary shall hold a valid Teaching Certificate from the Tanzania Commission for Teacher Education (TCTE) and shall comply with all regulations of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, as well as local by-laws of the Dar es Salaam City Council.
- Confidentiality: All pupil records, assessment data, and school administrative information accessed by the Teacher Primary shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Tanzanian data protection standards.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
