SCOPE OF SERVICES – TEACHER PRIMARY PLACEMENT IN ANKARA, TURKEYThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Ankara Education Solutions Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of qualified Teacher Primary professionals within the public and private primary school network of Turkey Ankara. The services described herein are designed to meet the educational standards set forth by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı) and to ensure that all Teacher Primary candidates possess the requisite pedagogical qualifications, language proficiency, and cultural adaptability necessary for effective instruction in the Ankara metropolitan region.
The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of Teacher Primary engagement, including candidate sourcing, credential verification, visa and work permit facilitation for international candidates, onboarding, classroom integration, and a twelve-month post-placement support period. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution; 40% upon successful placement of all Teacher Primary candidates in their respective Ankara schools; and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month service period and final performance review. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Ankara Education Solutions Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- All Teacher Primary candidates must hold a minimum four-year Bachelor's degree in Primary Education (İlköğretim Öğretmenliği) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Turkish Ministry of National Education.
- International Teacher Primary candidates must demonstrate at least B2-level proficiency in the Turkish language (YDS/ÜDS or equivalent) prior to classroom assignment in Turkey Ankara.
- The supplier guarantees a replacement within fifteen (15) business days should any Teacher Primary candidate resign, be terminated, or fail to meet performance benchmarks during the first ninety days of employment.
- All services shall comply with the Turkish Labor Law (4857), the Turkish Education Law (1739), and applicable municipal regulations governing primary education in the Ankara metropolitan area.
- Confidentiality: All personnel data related to Teacher Primary candidates shall be handled in strict accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated school closures in Turkey Ankara, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts and arbitration bodies in Ankara, Turkey.
