1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for Teacher Primary services in Turkey Istanbul is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of all Teacher Primary candidates, and 30% upon completion of the first semester. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.
3. All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be employed in full compliance with the Turkish Labor Law (4857), the MEB regulations, and all applicable municipal ordinances in Turkey Istanbul.
4. The client reserves the right to request a replacement of any Teacher Primary individual with reasonable cause. The replacement process shall be initiated within fourteen (14) business days at no additional charge, as outlined in Item 6 of this Quotation Estimate.

6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
