- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-issuance and may be subject to revised pricing.
- The Teacher Primary engagement is governed by a one (1) year fixed-term employment contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement, in accordance with the UAE Labour Law and Dubai-specific employment regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful placement and visa issuance of the Teacher Primary; 20% upon completion of the first full academic term.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Emirates Educational Staffing Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month.
- The school (client) assumes full responsibility for the day-to-day supervision, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters of the Teacher Primary once the placement is finalized.
- Should the Teacher Primary resign or be terminated within the first six (6) months, a replacement candidate shall be sourced at no additional recruitment fee, as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A separate, detailed employment agreement for the Teacher Primary shall be executed in accordance with UAE labor regulations prior to the commencement of duties.
