Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (£2,466.00 including VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Teacher Primary recruitment process. The remaining balance of 70% (£5,754.00 including VAT) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the successful Teacher Primary candidate's first day of employment at the Birmingham school. All payments are to be made via BACS transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

- All Teacher Primary candidates placed under this Quotation Estimate must hold valid QTS/QTLS and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. The agency shall not be liable for any breach of immigration or right-to-work legislation arising from the client's independent verification.
- The agency guarantees a replacement Teacher Primary candidate at no additional cost should the initially placed candidate resign or be dismissed for misconduct within the first twelve (12) months of employment in Birmingham.
