4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing for the Teacher Primary recruitment services in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the recruitment and training phase for all Teacher Primary candidates, and 25% upon successful completion of the six-month monitoring period.
