Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) in accordance with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) dual-currency policy. Payment may alternatively be made in Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWL) at the prevailing RBZ reference rate on the date of invoice settlement. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

4.2 The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Education (Primary) or a Bachelor of Education (Primary) degree from a recognised institution in Zimbabwe, and must possess a valid teaching licence issued by the Zimbabwe Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

4.3 The engagement period is for one (1) full academic year, commencing on the first working day of the term as determined by the Zimbabwe Harare school calendar. Renewal is subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance review.

4.4 Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signing of the service agreement; the remaining 50% is payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month engagement period.

4.5 The Teacher Primary shall be subject to the host institution's code of conduct, health and safety policies, and all applicable labour legislation of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

4.6 Any changes to the scope of Teacher Primary services, additional class allocations, or extended working hours beyond the standard 40-hour week in Zimbabwe Harare shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing.

4.7 Harare Educational Services Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Teacher Primary with a suitably qualified replacement of equivalent or higher standing, provided that the client is notified in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) days in advance.

4.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 10:25].

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Teacher Primary services in Zimbabwe Harare and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. This signature does not constitute acceptance of the Quotation Estimate unless accompanied by a countersigned service agreement.
