  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as determined by the Australian Taxation Office.
  2. All Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum Bachelor of Education (Secondary) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Queensland Department of Education and must possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) valid in the state of Queensland, Australia.
  3. Payment terms for this Quotation Estimate are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly for services rendered in the Brisbane, Australia region. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Queensland Interest on Late Payments of Government Debts Act 2007.
  4. Brisbane Education Staffing Solutions Pty Ltd shall maintain full compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009, and all relevant employment legislation applicable to Teacher Secondary staff in Australia.
  5. Any changes to the scope of Teacher Secondary services, additional placements, or modifications to the Brisbane service area must be agreed upon in writing via a formal variation to this Quotation Estimate before work commences.
