This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request from St. Augustine Secondary College for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year employment of a qualified Teacher Secondary professional in the Australia Melbourne metropolitan region. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- End-to-end recruitment and selection of a VIT-registered Teacher Secondary candidate with a minimum of three (3) years of post-graduate teaching experience in Years 7–12.

This Quotation Estimate outlines the following payment milestones for the Teacher Secondary engagement in Australia Melbourne:

All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to the account specified on the accompanying tax invoice. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Victorian Interest on Late Payments of Government Debts Act 1983.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
4.2 The Teacher Secondary candidate must hold a valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or be eligible for provisional registration at the time of commencement. Melbourne-based candidates must also comply with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (2018, revised 2024).
4.3 All services described in this Quotation Estimate are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
4.4 Melbourne Education Recruitment Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the engagement of the Teacher Secondary professional.
4.5 The college reserves the right to terminate the Teacher Secondary engagement in accordance with the Victorian Education Agreement and applicable industrial legislation, with appropriate notice periods as stipulated.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment. The employment relationship between the Teacher Secondary and the college is governed by a separate employment contract issued upon successful completion of the recruitment process.
4.7 All personal data collected during the recruitment and onboarding process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Victorian Information Privacy Act 2014.
