The Teacher Secondary candidate engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Ed. or equivalent) from a recognized university in Bangladesh Dhaka or elsewhere in Bangladesh. A Master's degree in the relevant subject area (English, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies) is strongly preferred. The Teacher Secondary must possess a valid Bangladesh Dhaka Education Board teaching license, a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in secondary-level instruction (Classes 6–10), and proficiency in both Bangla and English as required by the Bangladesh Dhaka curriculum framework.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Teacher Secondary engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- Payment for the Teacher Secondary base salary shall be disbursed on the 1st of each month via bank transfer to a designated account in Bangladesh Dhaka. The initial recruitment and onboarding fees are payable within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Teacher Secondary engagement is on a one-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement. Early termination by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days, as per Bangladesh Dhaka educational employment norms.
- All professional development sessions for the Teacher Secondary will be conducted at the institution's premises in Bangladesh Dhaka or at approved NCTB-affiliated training centers within the city.
