The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Secondary engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa shall be disbursed according to the following schedule:
- 30% advance payment (ETB 4,358,040) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% interim payment (ETB 5,810,720) payable at the midpoint of the academic term (Month 5), subject to satisfactory progress review of the Teacher Secondary deployment.
- 30% final payment (ETB 4,358,040) payable within 30 days of the submission of the annual performance report and completion of all deliverables.
