The Teacher Secondary candidate shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree (Master of Education) in Mathematics or Physics, possess a valid teaching licence (Lehrbefähigung) for secondary schools (Sekundarstufe I und II) in the state of Hesse, and demonstrate a minimum of three years of documented teaching experience in a German secondary school environment. Fluency in German (C1 level or above) is mandatory, and proficiency in English (B2 level or above) is strongly preferred given the international student population at the institution.

Payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this quotation and signing of the service agreement, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Teacher Secondary in Germany Frankfurt, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the end-of-year performance evaluation report. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing.
• All services related to the Teacher Secondary engagement shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically the regulations of the state of Hesse (Hessen) and the municipal bylaws of Frankfurt am Main.
• The Teacher Secondary shall be subject to the standard working hours and holiday entitlements as defined by the Hessian Teachers' Statute (Hessisches Lehrkräftegesetz – HLG) and the applicable collective agreement (TV-L).
• Academic Personnel Solutions GmbH shall maintain full professional liability insurance covering all activities conducted in Germany Frankfurt and throughout the state of Hesse.

• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• This quotation does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Teacher Secondary. The employment relationship shall be governed solely by the separate employment agreement executed between the parties.
