Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement; 35% upon successful placement of all Teacher Secondary candidates; and the remaining 25% upon completion of the end-of-year performance review. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of EduTalent Ghana Ltd., GCB Bank, Accra Branch, Account No. 0012-4455-7788. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
Important Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- All Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in their subject area and a valid Ghana Education Service (GES) registration or provisional teaching certificate.
- EduTalent Ghana Ltd. shall not be liable for any disciplinary action taken by the school against a Teacher Secondary after the initial 90-day probationary period.
- The school reserves the right to reject any Teacher Secondary candidate during the interview phase without penalty or additional cost.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, and candidate personal data shall be handled in strict compliance with this legislation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Mediation Act, 2010 (Act 799).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the attached Service Agreement.
