The Teacher Secondary candidate placed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications, in line with the standards expected by educational institutions in India Bangalore:
- Master's degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry) or Mathematics from a UGC-recognized university in India.
- Valid B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
- CTET or Karnataka State TET qualification (Secondary Level – Paper II).
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a secondary school (Classes VI–X) in Bangalore or any metropolitan city in India.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada for effective classroom communication in the Bangalore region.
- Familiarity with CBSE and KSEEB board examination patterns and digital learning tools.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- Payment for the one-time recruitment and onboarding charges (₹ 1,00,000) shall be made within seven (7) working days of the client's written acceptance of this quotation.
- Monthly recurring payments for the Teacher Secondary salary and transport allowance shall be processed by the 5th of each month via NEFT/IMFT to the account designated by EduBridge Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
- The engagement of the Teacher Secondary is for one full academic year (April 2025 to January 2026). Renewal for subsequent years shall be governed by a separate agreement and updated Quotation Estimate.
- All services are to be rendered at the client's campus in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Any off-site training or workshops conducted in other cities within India will be billed separately at actual cost.
- EduBridge Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any disciplinary action taken by the school against the Teacher Secondary after the placement is completed and the probation period (3 months) has been served.
- In the event of force majeure, government-mandated school closures in Bangalore, or any statutory change in Karnataka's education or labour regulations, both parties agree to renegotiate affected terms in good faith.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive employment and service agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
