- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires a revised quotation reflecting current market rates in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All monetary values are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (PPN) at the prevailing rate of 11%, unless otherwise noted.
- The recruitment of the Teacher Secondary candidate is subject to the successful completion of all verification, assessment, and interview stages. Should no suitable candidate be identified within the initial 60-day sourcing window, EduPro Indonesia shall re-initiate the search at no additional recruitment fee.
- Payment terms: 40% of the total estimated cost is due upon signed acceptance of this quotation; 35% is due upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Teacher Secondary candidate; and the remaining 25% is payable in equal monthly installments over the first three months of the academic year.
- The Teacher Secondary engagement is governed by a one (1) year fixed-term contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement. Termination clauses, probationary period (3 months), and non-compete provisions are detailed in the separate employment contract annexed to this quotation.
- All services and personnel placements are conducted in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to the Manpower Law (UU No. 13/2003), the Education Law (UU No. 20/2003), and the regulations of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta).
- This quotation does not constitute a binding employment contract. The formal employment agreement between the Teacher Secondary candidate and Yayasan Pendidikan Nusantara shall be executed separately after all due diligence is completed.
- Any changes to the scope of services, position requirements, or location within Indonesia Jakarta must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a supplementary quotation amendment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
