3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Iraq Baghdad.

3.2 All Teacher Secondary candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in their respective subject from an accredited Iraqi university or an internationally recognized institution. Candidates with a Master's degree will be compensated at the higher rate specified in Item 06.

3.3 Payment terms: 40% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of recruitment and training phases, and 20% upon successful deployment of all Teacher Secondary staff into their assigned schools in Iraq Baghdad.

3.4 The Quotation Estimate does not include value-added tax (VAT) as educational services of this nature are exempt under Iraqi fiscal regulations. Should any regulatory change occur, applicable taxes will be added and communicated in writing.

3.5 Mesopotamia Educational Recruitment & Consulting LLC reserves the right to substitute any Teacher Secondary candidate who fails to meet the minimum competency standards established by the Baghdad Directorate of Secondary Education, at no additional cost to the client.

3.6 All personal data collected during the recruitment of Teacher Secondary candidates will be handled in accordance with Iraqi data protection regulations and will be destroyed within twelve months of the conclusion of the academic year.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the Baghdad Directorate of Secondary Education and is non-transferable. Any modifications to the scope of Teacher Secondary services, the number of positions, or the operational areas within Iraq Baghdad must be submitted in writing and will result in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
