The services described herein encompass the full academic cycle for the 2025/2026 school year, commencing on 15 September 2025 and concluding on 20 June 2026, in strict compliance with the Italian national curriculum (Indicazioni Nazionali) and the regulatory framework established by the Ministero dell'Istruzione e del Merito (MIM).
The Teacher Secondary engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid abilitazione (teaching qualification) in the relevant discipline, possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in secondary education within Italy, and demonstrate fluency in the Italian language as required for all instructional and administrative duties performed in Italy Rome. The Teacher Secondary shall be responsible for delivering a minimum of 18 hours of direct classroom instruction per week, in addition to preparation time, assessment design, parent-teacher conferences, and participation in institutional collegial activities as mandated by Italian school law.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision by the Provider.
- Payment terms: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon contract signature; the remaining 70% shall be disbursed in monthly installments aligned with the Italian academic calendar (September through June).
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the Provider's designated account in Italy Rome. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
- The Teacher Secondary engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the disciplinary and performance evaluation protocols established by the Client institution and the local school district authority in Italy Rome.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the Client without cause, a proportional fee of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply.
- The Provider guarantees that the Teacher Secondary shall comply with all data protection obligations under the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the handling of student records within Italy Rome.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the Client and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a definitive service agreement (Contratto di Prestazione d'Opera) shall be executed.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Teacher Secondary shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rome, Italy.
- The Provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Teacher Secondary with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the Client, should the originally identified candidate become unavailable.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Teacher Secondary in Italy Rome and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and cost figures set forth herein. This acceptance shall trigger the execution of the definitive service contract within ten (10) business days.
