3. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate for the Teacher Secondary placement services in Japan Tokyo shall be settled as follows: 40% (One Million One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Yen, JPY 1,139,600) due upon acceptance of this quotation and execution of the service agreement; 35% (One Million One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Yen, JPY 1,017,150) due upon successful visa approval for all Teacher Secondary candidates; and the remaining 25% (Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Yen, JPY 712,250) due within fourteen (14) business days following the confirmed on-site induction completion at the Japan Tokyo secondary school campus. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Tokyo International Education Consulting Co., Ltd.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for Teacher Secondary recruitment services in Japan Tokyo is subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
- All Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this quotation shall meet the minimum qualification standards prescribed by the Japan Tokyo Board of Education for secondary-level instruction, including a recognized bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area and a minimum of two (2) years of documented teaching experience at the secondary level.
- The placement period covered by this Quotation Estimate is one (1) full academic year (April 2025 through March 2026) within the Japan Tokyo municipal education system. Renewal or extension of the Teacher Secondary contract shall be subject to a separate quotation and mutual agreement.
