- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful placement of the Teacher Secondary candidate; 20% upon completion of the 90-day support period.
- Currency: All payments shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) to the bank account of Global Education Staffing Solutions LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% processing surcharge.
- Replacement Guarantee: Should the placed Teacher Secondary resign or be terminated for cause within the first 90 days, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost, subject to the terms of this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data and institutional information related to this engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated school closures, natural disasters, or changes in Kazakhstan's immigration policy.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil and labor laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty.
