4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Academic Staffing Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to market adjustments in the Kenya Nairobi education staffing sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: The recruitment and placement fee (Item 1) is due within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The annual salary for the Teacher Secondary shall be disbursed monthly in arrears on or before the 28th of each month. Statutory contributions (SSNIF, SHIF) shall be remitted to the respective authorities within the statutory deadlines as prescribed by Kenyan law.
4.3 Contract Duration: The engagement of the Teacher Secondary is for one (1) academic year, commencing 1 September 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026, subject to mutual renewal discussions.
