1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EduTalent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan TTDI, Kuala Lumpur, in relation to the professional recruitment, placement, and ongoing engagement of a qualified Teacher Secondary for the academic year 2025/2026. This document outlines the comprehensive scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the provision of a Teacher Secondary within the educational framework of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
The Teacher Secondary position described in this Quotation Estimate pertains to a full-time, permanent engagement for the subject of Mathematics (Form 1 through Form 5) in accordance with the Malaysian National Education Curriculum (KSSM). The candidate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (Mathematics) from a recognised institution in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur or an equivalent overseas qualification, and must possess a valid teaching certificate issued by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE).
2. Scope of Services – Teacher Secondary EngagementThe Teacher Secondary engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur school environment:
(a) Deliver structured Mathematics lessons for Form 1 to Form 5 in compliance with the KSSM syllabus and assessment guidelines set by the Malaysian Examination Council (MPM);

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms relating to the Teacher Secondary engagement in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur are subject to revision.
- Payment for the Teacher Secondary professional fee shall be made on a monthly basis, due by the 5th working day of each month, via bank transfer to the account specified by EduTalent Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
- The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 1, 2, and 4) are payable within fourteen (14) days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be bound by a minimum engagement period of twelve (12) months. Early termination by the client prior to the completion of this period shall incur a penalty fee equivalent to two (2) months of the Teacher Secondary professional fee.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Education Act 1996 (Act 551), the Employment Act 1955, and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Education Malaysia governing secondary school operations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- EduTalent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the Teacher Secondary candidate with an equally qualified individual, subject to prior written approval from the client, should the original candidate be unable to commence the engagement.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Mediation Centre, Kuala Lumpur, before any litigation is commenced.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The full service agreement for the Teacher Secondary engagement shall be executed separately upon acceptance.
