- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and charges are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- All monetary values stated in this document are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise specified. The VAT rate of 13% is applied in accordance with the Nepal Inland Revenue Department regulations.
- The Teacher Secondary candidate shall be bound by a minimum service agreement of one (1) academic year (August to May) as per the academic calendar of Nepal. Early termination by either party shall be subject to a penalty clause equivalent to two months' salary.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful onboarding of the Teacher Secondary, and the remaining 30% shall be disbursed in monthly installments aligned with the payroll cycle.
- All services described in this estimate shall be delivered in compliance with the Education Act 2015 (2072 BS), the Teachers' Employment Act, and the regulations issued by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Education Office.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to mutual negotiation.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- EduStaffing Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Teacher Secondary candidate in the event of unforeseen circumstances, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications and experience criteria outlined in this document.
