- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond 15 July 2025 shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Nigeria Abuja.
- All costs stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all applicable Federal and FCT levies unless otherwise stated.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be subject to a standard background check, verification of academic credentials with the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the Nigerian College of Education, and a medical fitness assessment prior to commencement of duties.
- Payment terms: 50% of the annual total shall be disbursed upon successful onboarding and commencement of the Teacher Secondary in the classroom; the remaining 50% shall be paid in two equal quarterly installments.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal employment agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with the Labour Act of Nigeria and the FCT Public Service Rules.
- Any changes to the scope of the Teacher Secondary role, including additional subject assignments or extended working hours, shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Abuja Education Services Limited.
- The Teacher Secondary is expected to adhere to the code of conduct established by the Abuja Education Board and the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria.
