The engagement covers a full academic term (September 2025 to January 2026) and includes classroom instruction, curriculum development support, examination setting and marking, parent-teacher conference participation, and adherence to the Lagos State Secondary School Curriculum Framework. All Teacher Secondary staff will be based at the client's premises in Lagos, Nigeria, and will operate under the supervision of the institution's academic board.

• The remaining 70% shall be paid in five equal monthly instalments of NGN 372,507, due on the 1st of each month from September 2025 through January 2026.

• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Nigeria Lagos.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Teacher Secondary services may be revised to reflect market conditions in the Lagos education sector.
• All Teacher Secondary candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check, reference verification, and NCTE credential validation prior to deployment at the client's facility in Lagos, Nigeria.
• EduServe Professional Staffing Ltd. reserves the right to replace any Teacher Secondary staff member who fails to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the service-level agreement, at no additional cost to the client.
