Total Amount in Words: Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pakistani Rupees Only (PKR 885,000/-).
As per this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 40% Advance (PKR 354,000) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone (PKR 354,000) upon successful placement of all Teacher Secondary candidates and completion of onboarding.
- 20% Final (PKR 177,000) upon completion of the three-month post-placement support period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at HBL Bank, Clifton Branch, Pakistan Karachi. Cheques should be made payable to "Karachi Education Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd."
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Teacher Secondary recruitment services in Pakistan Karachi may be subject to revision based on market conditions.
- All Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a one-year service bond with the client institution in Pakistan Karachi. In the event of early resignation by a placed candidate, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost within sixty (60) days.
- The client institution shall provide a suitable workspace, teaching materials, and necessary infrastructure for the Teacher Secondary staff to perform their duties effectively.
- Confidentiality of all candidate data and institutional information is guaranteed in accordance with the Pakistan Data Protection regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the monthly salaries of the Teacher Secondary professionals, which shall be negotiated separately between the client institution and the placed candidates in compliance with the Sindh Education Department salary structure.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Pakistan Karachi, shall extend the validity and delivery timelines proportionally.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of Teacher Secondary professionals at their institution in Pakistan Karachi. The service agreement will be executed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
