Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, being R30,647.50 (inclusive of VAT), is due upon acceptance of this quotation and commencement of the Teacher Secondary recruitment process. The remaining fifty percent (50%), being R30,647.50 (inclusive of VAT), is due upon successful placement and signing of the employment contract by the Teacher Secondary candidate. All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account of EduRecruit Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, First National Bank, Cape Town Branch. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Late Payment of Interest Act (Act 72 of 1998).

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
  • The recruitment of the Teacher Secondary is subject to the candidate meeting all statutory requirements, including a valid SACE registration, a clean NCRB clearance certificate, and a medical fitness certificate as required by the South African Schools Act (Act 84 of 1996).
  • EduRecruit Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd guarantees the placement of the Teacher Secondary for a period of ninety (90) days. Should the appointed Teacher Secondary resign or be terminated for cause within this guarantee period, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost to the academy.
  • All candidate data processed during the recruitment of the Teacher Secondary shall be handled in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013) applicable in South Africa Cape Town and nationwide.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the academy and the Teacher Secondary. The employment terms, including salary, benefits, and working conditions, shall be governed by a separate employment agreement in line with the South African Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995).
  • Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court, South Africa Cape Town, in accordance with the Magistrates' Courts Act (Act 32 of 1944).
  • The academy reserves the right to reject any candidate presented, and in such cases, no fees for the specific stage of rejection shall be charged. However, all completed service stages prior to rejection remain payable as per this Quotation Estimate.

By signing below, the authorised representative of Cape Town Independent Academy confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of a Teacher Secondary in South Africa Cape Town, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and payment schedules outlined herein.
